About these terms
This page covers your use of andrewmoe.io, which is an information and contact site for my independent consulting practice. Booking a call through this site is the start of a conversation, not a binding agreement to perform paid work. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that I will share with you before any work begins.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything on this site. You may not scrape, mirror, or repurpose the content for a competing offer without my written permission. The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. I do my best to keep it accurate and online, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Booking a call
When you book a call through the embedded scheduling tool, you are reserving a free, no-obligation conversation. Either of us can cancel or reschedule without penalty. If you no-show twice without notice, I may decline to reschedule.
Paid engagements
If we agree to work together, we will sign a separate Statement of Work or letter of engagement that covers scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, confidentiality, and intellectual property. The terms on this page do not override anything in that agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If anything I write here is found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest of the terms still apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
