Who I am

This site (andrewmoe.io) is operated by Andrew Moe, an independent operations and automation consultant. If you have questions about this policy, email andrew@andrewmoe.io.

What I collect

I only collect information you give me directly. That generally means:

• Booking information. If you schedule a call through the embedded Cal.com booking tool, Cal.com collects your name, email, and any notes you provide. That information flows to my Google Calendar so I can prepare for our conversation.
• Email correspondence. If you email me, I keep that thread for as long as it is useful to our working relationship.
• Anonymous analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, collects aggregate, non-identifying traffic data (country, browser, referrer). I do not use cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

What I do with it

I use the information you share with me to respond to your inquiry, deliver work you have hired me to do, and follow up on conversations we have started. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not send unsolicited marketing email.

Third-party tools

Two services touch information you share with me through this site:

• Cal.com handles call scheduling. See cal.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides edge caching. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what I have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email andrew@andrewmoe.io and I will respond within a reasonable time, typically a few business days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For substantive changes that affect existing clients, I will also send a direct email.
